How to Make Instant Coffee from Haitian Coffee Grounds

Tools Needed
- Coffee Grinder
- Fine Mesh Strainer
- Medium Bowl

Instructions
Step 1
Measure out 1/2 cup of coffee beans and add to coffee grinder. Making small batches will help make the overall coffee last longer. Also, smaller batches will take less time in the grinder, using less risk burning the coffee.
Step 2
Set coffee grinder to finest setting and grind coffee till very fine.
Step 3
Sift through the fine mesh strainer into the medium bowl. Any large grounds that remain, grind up again and sift into bowl.
Step 4
Add a teaspoon of instant coffee powder to a mug and add some hot water to enjoy.
